1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using this location storefront and customer portal ("Platform") — whether by browsing the public catalog, submitting a quote request, or logging in to a customer account — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. About the Platform

2.1 What the Platform Is

The Platform is a private business ordering and distribution management tool operated for this organization's locations. It allows businesses to browse a location's product catalog, submit quote and pricing requests, place purchase requests, and manage shipping addresses, team member access, and account preferences.

2.2 What the Platform Is Not

• No real-time checkout or payment processing. No payment card or banking information is collected. All purchases are invoiced directly by your location.
• No binding purchase contracts at submission. Order and quote requests are requests only — not confirmed orders. A purchase is confirmed only when your location explicitly accepts it.
• No guaranteed pricing at submission. Prices displayed are indicative and subject to confirmation by your location.
• Not a self-service registration platform. Customer accounts are created by invitation from your location only.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

The Platform is designed for business-to-business use. Customer accounts are available by invitation only. You may browse the public catalog without an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password. Notify your location immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access. Multi-factor authentication is strongly recommended for owners and purchasers.

5. Team Members

Account owners and co-owners may invite team members, assign roles (Owner, Co-Owner, Purchaser, Viewer), and remove access. You are responsible for all actions taken by team members using your account.

6. Quote Requests

Product information and prices are informational and subject to change. Submitting a quote request does not create a purchase obligation. Anonymous quote lists are stored in your browser until you submit them.

7. Cart and Order Requests

Submitting a cart creates a purchase request, not a binding contract. Your location may accept, modify, decline, or partially fulfill any request. Displayed prices are not locked at submission.

8. Availability and Fulfillment

Availability indicators are estimates. Cross-location fulfillment, will-call, and delivery options are determined by your location. The Platform does not itself ship goods.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to access another customer's account, another location's data, scrape the catalog at scale, or interfere with the Platform. We may suspend access for misuse.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge that policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Catalog content, software, and branding on the Platform belong to the organization or its licensors. You may not copy or republish them except as needed to place legitimate business requests.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided as-is for business use. Catalog data, prices, and availability may be incomplete or delayed. The organization is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are published here and require acceptance at next login before you can continue using the customer portal.
